I don't know what fnaf is is supposed to be, but there are generally two reasons why this message can appear:

• It's an adult-ish game, and you have not enabled adult-ish games in your store settings
  
• Steam is censoring it away from you because of your location

Lol... I get the "Unable to load information about this item" display :-)

Still, the link reveals 332800 as the app-ID, a name that fits the "fnaf", and SteamDB tells me it's not available in Germany. So that explains why I can't see it.
