Steam client causing Windows 11 crash
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Steam Client Service service to connect.
The Steam Client Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Any ideas?

32 gig ram, > 15 gig unused

first of all, remove steam from the auto-start ...and i guess it will be better for you.
You can use autorunsc from mikeysoft for that directly or trought wscc
