TES V: Skyrim
If you're in to Diablo-likes:

- No Man's Sky. Literally has no end, so you play as long as you can endure.
- Minecraft :D
- Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 4 if you get them cheap. Not sure about the 100 hours, depends on how deep you go into the world.
- Kenshi (steep learning curve but totally worth it)
- Space Haven. A little colony builder (spaceship). Still early access but on 60% sale right now (at least for me, might vary to other markets).
- Cities Skylines. Although to get a great experience you would need (a lot of ) DLCs
- Pro Cyling Manager if you like that sort of thing. It's not amazing, but it's the only proper cycling manager
- Death Stranding. Yeah, it's weird and wonderful. If you really want to sink your teeth into it you can go well over 100 hours
- Prison Architect

This. Also consider Starfield. Check my hours on my most played games under my profile. Those are the big rpg's. There also the ones that take up the most time. I also recommend Fallout 4.
