It's seriously ruining the game for me, which is sad because it's actually quite good otherwise.
edit: I saved my mission, but yeah this is really bad it took 45 minutes to undo the damage of this brutal pathing system. Getting it sorted out saved the game for me though.
I would check the settings tab (gear icon) for paths and toggle those settings and see if that helps. I'm not sure exactly what I changed (I changed a lot) to fix my issue but something worked.
