honestly, i dont even know how to use vr
i just cant figure out how to play with the headset, im using a meta quest 2 and the closest i can get is using it to open a window with the escritory in it, can someone please tell me how to open a game with vr?

If you've linked the headset to your pc and launched steamvr, then you might have to press the menu button on the left controller to bring up the menu

you gotta install steam vr and open the game with it
