Alright so I did some math and you can choose 4 systems to full overclock and 3 systems to overclock to 415.98%. The ratio is spread 5 thermal field generator dedicated to the 4 things you want max overclock, The two that aren't gona be maxed clocked need to balanced a certain way, attach 3 to each generator followed by attaching any 415.98% overclock to a second time. You will have 76.88% heat on the 4 full overclocked nodes, 77.83 on two of the 415.98% nodes, and one with 0 heat. The heat difference between max overclock and 415.98% is 590, which is more than the 2.17 additional heat the thermal field generators can take on. Even if you were to get heat to 99.99C you would not have enough room to overclock one more. The only way to have 5 max overclock is to go below 415.98% overclock on one of the nodes.
Please note this is without the heat nodes unlocked on the portal. Just realized its likely possible to go full overclock via unlocking every node
