Weird, but it is just recolor of Resort Style Swimsuit. I think it is easy fixable by modding.

I thought the free DLCs would just be temporarily free and then you'd have to buy them if you missed the window. Didn't expect it to basically be launch exclusive.. I was waiting until a sale to buy the game (which happened), but the recolor looks better to me than the resort style version so this kinda sucks.

Same, I found this game after the window for the Celebration Pack....feels like a part of the game is missing....I know it is only cosmetic but they should at least release it as paid if nothing else.

Is there another way to get the Celebration Pack skins using mods or by modifying the files? :'c

I haven't seen any specifically. I've seen one mod that makes certain costumes purchaseable via the in game stores, but I don't know if it applies to these cosmetics. I saw a table you can add to CE, but I won't explain what that is (you can google it), and I don't really wanna take that route. Would rather the costumes just be listed for sale. I think the promo was handled terribly by the publisher, and this probably wouldn't have happened with NISA or Xseed.
