EDIT: We can. Click the report product flag on it's store page.
Mention that it's breaking these EU regulations:

Competition and Consumers Act 2024
The price didn't raise.
The Deluxe Edition is on sale.
The base game is not. It had a sale recently.
Steam doesn't allow the same product to go on sale consecutively.
If you have games on your wishlist that have Deluxe Editions equivalents, you'll start to notice this more across Steam.
That unfortunately sounds right for a Koei Tecmo game.
Super Famicom games and their historical sims like Taikou Risshiden V or Romance of the Three Kingdoms games w/o their respective PUKs were in the ¥10000+ range before import costs.
In that, the unexpected decades of ¥4000~¥8000 were a relief in hindsight.
Yen has been hit hard as of late. For ¥9086 is 58.33 USD. Which is a familiar enough price range for folks in the last decade.
But how much you get out of this game specifically depends on the kind of player you are. One story route or one weapon kind of players are not going to get their money's worth at all. Still surprised the company chose to climb back up to this price for the Dynasty Warriors game that has the most missed expectations (e.g., roster, playable skins without mods, weapons, character customization, multiplayer, etc.)
Then I saw the price, which is still MORE than the regular full price of 59,99€ and laughed my ass off.
Sorry Koei but jesus christ get your ♥♥♥♥ together.
I've been playing DW since PS2 days but I'm not touching this until it has a reasonable price....
Sure, the price is ridiculous, but the game is the highest rated DW for a reason and sold more than many previous titles. I know the roster and character customization were supposedly big things(I too was hella annoyed when I learned that we have to play as a no-name twink), but the game's success shows that tight gameplay and fixing the formula itself was more important to fans than character selection.
But you can get the Deluxe Edition on Key Websides like KeysforSteam for like 40€, i bought it there too its basically 50% Sale
