Which nation is best against CAS?

I am genuinely so tired of killing someone and then getting revenge CAS'd by them because they are too bad at ground so they resort to bullying via air superiority.

I'm currently 9.0 in Germany, 7.3 in USA and 8.3 in Russia and I'd like to know which nation has the best anti-air so I can just spend my days decompressing by shooting down level 100 premium plane/jett chuds that just light tank rush objectives so they can sit in a plane all game.

For a while now I've been enjoying spading each vehicle I come across but its so unfun now that I just want to rush the nation with the best Anti-Air vehicles and deal with these types of players.

For the record I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about planes being in ground battles, I just find it annoying how easy it is to spawn in a plane and how rewarding it is to just sit in a plane all game, clown me if you want.

I use SPAA a lot for the mentioned nations (Germany, US, Russia) and they are all decent. If you talk about Radar though, the radar is buggy and causes inaccurate lock-on even without deployment of flares or chaff.

Based on effectiveness against CAS with SPAA, the turret speed needs to be a minimum of 35° and minimum fire rate of 450 rounds/min.

Most fun is probably Russia or America before the new Sam’s and the best might be Germany or Russia with the buk or isrst

Before the last few patches I'd say Sweden has a SOLID mid to upper tier SPAA. I still find it funny folks are like "nothings wrong with spaa". Mean while cas is racking up kills like there's no tomorrow.....

US has M247 at 9.0 with tracerless HE-VT rounds and decent tracking and is just outside premium hellhole that is 10.3
You can also throw in Chapparal that is at the same BR but...eh.
Going above is painful just because of your own teammates

only thing that is a bummer on the chappy is there no guidance but ye ol mark 1.
