Every time FromSoftware makes a Souls game, they always deliver. This time, they did something different. This is my first non-Souls game from FromSoftware, and honestly, I didn’t expect much. The game is very story-driven, and storytelling has never been FromSoftware’s main strength. But after reaching 100% completion, I was proven wrong. The narration and game design are better than most story games today. The combat and customization are very diverse, letting you be creative with almost any build you want your Armored Core to be. Mark my words, if you think FromSoftware peaked at Elden Ring, you’re wrong. This is where FromSoftware shows what they’re truly capable of.
