Recently I've noticed I haven't been able to connect to any lobbies with anyone even tho very clearly there are people playing the game because you are able to check at certain points on steamlivecharts. Well going through this and after trying to realize hmm I've been doing the same thing to get into a game the last 5 years and well I belive If someone blocks you on steam it doesn't allow that player to join your lobby.
