Mafia: The Old Country’s Free Ride Update is now live! This free update* adds a new mode, new challenges, new items to collect, and much more. Free Ride—fully replacing the old Explore mode—introduces new Race and Combat Challenges to take on at your own pace while exploring the Valle Dorata. You’ll also find new weapons, Charms, cars, outfits, and features like First-Person Driving, Photo Mode, Cinema Siciliano, and Classic Difficulty, all usable in both Free Ride and the main story campaign.

Free Ride offers new ways to experience Mafia: The Old Country’s vision of 1900s Sicily. Explore at your own pace and take on a wide array of new Challenges. While Free Ride does not affect the narrative of Enzo’s journey, many Challenges unlock as you progress through the campaign.

Jump freely between Free Ride and the story through the pause or main menu. You can take on Challenges one-by-one as they unlock, or finish the entire campaign first to enter Free Ride with all starting Challenges available.
