early food problems
why are berries the only food for the first part of the game? they dont seem strong enough to sustain you until you get more food options

I had the same issue, placed 2 berry pickers as requested and put them close to the berry bushes. 2 of my warriors starved because the berry pickers couldn't keep up.

even with 4 berry pickers same issue. Plus anyone know how to survive the un-dead attacks , looks like even though you kill them you are infected with out knowledge of a cure

it helps to put one of your guys on tavern duty, but he same happen after a while

Did you walk further into the graveyard or?
My warriors already died before anything invaded my camp, so no experience there. Gave up on the game at that point.

i did on my first time around and took the bandit camp out, just to the north east of there. but no loot that i could get... the game is a little basic, and not well balanced that i have found so far.

Yeah, I also took the bandit camp out and was surprised there was nothing to loot. Later on when we started expanding the camp there was a pop-up which indicated you should be able to get resources that way.

Yeah food (berries gathering) seems completely off in the 'alpha' mission, even with 5 pickers, two fetchers in tavern since start and storage house just between pickers and tavern (so pickers dont have to walk up to townhall) ... still about the time reaching the recruiting of first soldiers folks start dying of hunger, also not enough food to heal original three fighters.

Likely it needs some rework or at least rebalancing.

// also would be great if shortcuts could be reconfigured (yes especially the 'tab' used as modifier key instead of ctr/shift, that is very awkward for me)
