the musuo genre didn't make this game not feel like you are playing persona, it is a great twist on what live action persona can be, super fun
The plot of Strikers is a carbon copy of Persona 5 (the base game, not Royal as mentioned by P. Dimi). There will be no Kasumi, no Maruki, no Akechi, and everything that happened in the third semester is deemed non-existent.
But if you don't mind the musou genre and want to meet the new characters (I personally love them), then I recommend getting this game when it's on sale.
