If something was up with Steam we would have been notified.
I don't know the finer details sadly but personally I wouldn't count on it this year anymore.
Makes me wonder, I picked up Yuzusoft's newest title when I was in Japan in October this year, Limelight Lemonade Jam, and just the 1.0 version from the dvd works fine with an AI translation (a single file) thrown in....yeah it's jank but readable enough. lol
But I guess Dracu being more than a decade old doesn't really help, whatever engine/version that uses is ancient by today's standards.
indeed ai patch has many downsides, I also constantly have to go into the backlog to read full sentences due to how the text is broken up
regarding DR, some new info was revealed during yesterday's nekonyan panel where they also revealed 6 secret projects (Koi ni wa Amae ga Hitsuyou Desu, Yubisaki Connection, Lead or Leash, Secret Love, Senmomo, Summers Akr)
there was also some info, they are aiming for Q1 2026 now, the engine issue was specified as well, we are getting high res 1440p CGs (if I got that right, might be just 1080p), but the engine didn't support them (since OG was in 720p) so they had to modify it
