Half Life multiplayer is pretty much dead for all of the games..

The original Half Life still has people playing on MP. Blue Shift is a game using the same engine but has no multiplayer.

opposing force still has some players. so does half life source deathmatch. i dont think blue shift has any though.

ill make da server lol

TFC always has people playing still and uses HL1 engine.

Blue Shift dont have multiplayer.

There were no servers and there never will be, because why create a multiplayer mode for an expansion if there are no new guns? And otherwise, what's the difference with the original - it's maybe the hand models and the blue interface.
And another remnant from the old Steam: I don't know why they left the "Servers" and "Steam" buttons when nothing happens when you click them.
