Player known as cids, hacked my name on MW2 and i cannot change it, now its cidshook#1, any suggestions ?

Is it safe to play multiplayer? Are there any workarounds to avoid cheaters using RCE attacks?

WARNING- Stay away from the player "Cidshook#1" or anyone with a similar name when in multiplayer lobbies, he hacks your game and can't be tracked via steam, I tried. his name will also be in red text too. When you see him in a game back out straight away....
