The series really kicks off here; with a great story, more philoshophical jargen and an antagonist that's seen more action in the series than any other.

While(IMO) not as good as Portal 2, this game is still fantastic and begins the saga of Aperture Science; a corrupt and maniacal lab, run by GLaDos.

Good start to a great franchise with some solid storytelling and psychological speak thrown in to boot. the Gameplay is a tad repititive, but smart game
