Step 1

Open up Google and search for the site / link that you want to use.

Step 2

After finding the site / URL you are looking for, right click the search result and choose "Copy link address".

Step 3

Paste the URL anywhere you want to use it. If you are using your local Google domain (e.g. google.co.uk or google.fr) change the domain in the link to google.com. That's it!

Step 4 (optional)

If you want to shorten the URL you got, you can remove everything but the "?sa", "&url" and "&usg" parameters and their values from the URL.

Example:
Before: {LINK REMOVED} After: {LINK REMOVED}

Disclaimer

This method in no way allows phishers to send malicious links. Google has an automated malware protection system that removes malicious sites from the search and so makes it impossible to get the redirecting URL, so there is no need to worry.
